Easy Pulled BBQ sandwiches-My husband's favorite

Whenever I ask my husband what his love language is, he says, "Food." He is kind of kidding, but I know he feels loved when I plan and prepare a yummy meal for him. I appreciate the way he always thanks me and compliments the meal, even if it wasn't that great.

This recipe is one of my husband's favorites and seems to never tire of it. It is also gluten free (minus the hoagie bun).

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (makes about 6 sandwiches)
Can of pineapple (chopped or sliced)
BBQ Sauce: Sweet Baby Ray's Original is our favorite
*A Dutch oven (You could cook in a crock pot on low for 2-3 hours)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place chicken in the bottom of dutch oven.
The Dutch oven cooks the chicken very tender and allows you to shred with fork.
3. Cover chicken with pineapple pieces.
I usually use half the can and save the rest for a fruit salad.
4. Cover chicken and pineapple with BBQ sauce.
5. Cook in oven for 35-45 minutes.
The top of the dutch oven lid is very hot, use an oven mitt to take off.
6. Shred with two forks and stir around in the BBQ sauce.
7. Serve onto warmed or toasted hoagie rolls. Gluten free option: Wrap chicken in a corn tortilla.
Hope you enjoy!
